HourTown Changes Name to BookFresh

Q: Hey, why are you guys changing names? I liked the name HourTown.
A: Lots of people love the name HourTown and think it's clever, but unfortunately for us, sometimes clever doesn't translate to effective. Over the past year we have received a lot of feedback that when people hear the name "HourTown" the majority think our website must be www.ourtown.com and go there instead. We don't own that domain name and are not affiliated with it.
Q: Do I have to do anything or change anything on my website?
A: No. We will automatically redirect your existing HourTown profile page, "Book Now" buttons and widgets and all other links to BookFresh (www.bookfresh.com). All appointment notifications and other email communication will be sent to you from BookFresh.
Q: How will the name change to BookFresh (www.bookfresh.com) affect me and my clients?
A: The short answer is "it won't". We will automatically redirect your existing HourTown profile pages to BookFresh and if you use our "Book Now" buttons or widgets on your website, those buttons will be changed automatically, too.
We are really excited about the change and want reiterate that our company, team and service has NOT changed; only our name, logo and domain.
