BookFresh understands the necessity for educators to have access to the most powerful technologies and tools available. Our online scheduling software will enable better use of technology by allowing you to schedule office hours, conferences, meetings, and campus tours online. The BookFresh Educators program allows all educators at any level to receive our software for free.

Educational Uses

Office Hours: The BookFresh system allows faculty to create an office hours schedule. Students can access the schedule through your webpage and set-up an appointment during your designated hours. When they do so, the faculty member will receive an email, text, or phone notification and opt to have a reminder sent to the student the day before the appointment. The BookFresh calendar can easily integrate with your Google Calendar, iCal, or Outlook to reflect the most up to date availability.

Campus Tours: Offer prospective students the ability to book campus tours online. Our scheduling widget can be easily integrated with your site to allow 24-7 online scheduling.

Requirements for Free Service

• Educational Use Only (no commercial use)
• Use of our service on a ".edu" or ".gov" website
