We all wish there were 25 hours in a day and then maybe we could finish half of what we need to do! Unfortunately, I do not think our time system is going to change any time soon. For many entrepreneurs and business owners, there are so many things to do that we barely get a chance to take care of ourselves. Let’s be completely honest-when things get hectic the first thing to go is usually the exercise routine.

After a long day at work, the last thing most of us want to do is get on an Elliptical, spin-class, or go running. When the motivation is barely there, it is very easy to overlook the Post-It note or “Item 27: Workout” on your daily to-do list.
