-Defrag computer (and set to automatically do on a weekly basis)
-Set virus/malware scanners to scan minimum once per week
-Check for latest Service Packs that would help with system performance
-Clean dust, hair, etc from inside of the computer
-Adjust if needed PCI/AGP, etc internal cards for optimal performance
-Check amount of system RAM (Memory), and other components and offer suggestions as needed (additional fee for new hardware)

*does not include any additional hardware (i.e. RAM, etc)

*if system is too far corrupted, we can still usually recover the data via normal means, then a system reinstall would be needed, and then it would switch to the Backup & Reinstall service for $199 (we don't double charge you)
