Learn the absolute basics of cooking: what kind of knife should be used, what is sauteing, boiling, braising, roasting, what are some basic sanitation skills to learn. This is a launch pad for becoming a more confident cook. $30 per person with a 5 person maximum for lots of one on one time with the chef. This class will include handouts explaining cooking methods. Following some simple recipes and using our new skills, yummy samples will be shared.

Want to learn the secret to a great rack of ribs? Learn about what kind of rib cuts to purchase, the low and slow method of cooking using a grill or your oven, and rubs and sauces for flavor enhancement. This class is a great alternative to a bachelor/bachelette party! Secret rib rub recipe and cooking method handouts are included along with a hearty portion of ribs to sample for the whole group. $50 per person with a minimum of 10 people.
