A 24 hour notice is required to cancel or change your appointment, otherwise the full fee is due. If you are making a last-minute change, please call or text me at 510-919-3367. True emergencies or infection symptoms are the exception. **If you are "coming down with something," are showing any signs of a bacterial or viral upper respiratory infection, feel any flu-like symptoms, or have any contagious skin rashes, please stay home and rest! Bodywork and/or vigorous exercise are not indicated during the beginning or acute stages of an infection as they may overwhelm the body's natural immune response.**
