Kinesio® Taping Method- Initial Session
Most commonly used for athletes and weekend warriors, Kinesio® Taping can be used by anyone for any of the following reasons: 1. to assist and give support to or prevent over contraction; creating space underneath the skin to improve circulation and lymphatic drainage, utilizing a number of corrective techniques to promote correct muscle and joint function; pain relief by targeting the pain and the source of the pain.
The initial session will help determine which taping method is best for you based upon your goals and results from the therapist's observations and assessments. Subsequent taping sessions will be shorter sessions and prices will vary depending on how much tape is used. |
