	Teen/Youth/College Therapeutic Massage - 30 minutes 30 minutes of therapeutic massage whether for relaxation or for pain relief that meets the needs of today's active, busy teenagers. As a former Jr. High/High School teacher, Carrie knows the physical and mental stress that teens experience and has the manual skills to accomodate their changing world. Parental consent is required for children under the age of 18.	30 minute	$25

	Kinesio® Taping Method- Initial Session Most commonly used for athletes and weekend warriors, Kinesio® Taping can be used by anyone for any of the following reasons: 1. to assist and give support to or prevent over contraction; 2. creating space underneath the skin to improve circulation and lymphatic drainage, 3. to promote correct muscle and joint function; 4. pain relief by targeting the pain and the source of the pain. The initial session will help determine which taping method is best for you based upon your goals and results from the therapist's observations and assessments. Subsequent taping sessions will be shorter sessions and prices will vary depending on how much tape is used.	15 minute	$10
	Hot Stone Massage A fully body massage that uses warm basalt stones to relax and relieve tension in your muscles. Stones are placed along your spine, legs, arms, feet, and hands. Next your massage therapist will use warm stones to massae your back, arms, legs, feet, hands, and face. The warm stones combined with relaxing Swedish massage allow for a deeper massage without feeling like you received a deep tissue massage. It is a truly relaxing session that makes you feel like your muscles are like melted butter! *Some people with certain health conditions may not be able to receive a hot stone massage.*	60 minute	$90

	Personal Training Session One on one personal training with our National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer . This first session consists of an postural assessement, body fat and composition, and a customized fitness program that helps you meet your goals. Kids and adults can benefit from 1 on 1 personal training sessions, so don't hesitate to schedule your session from our highly qualified personal trainer.	60 minute	$60
	Corporate and On-Site Chair Massage OMNI Physical Therapy makes providing a corporate chair massage program for your employees easy. Help is provided in setting up an employee sign-up schedule. All the necessary equipment and supplies are brought to you. Even music and uplifting aromatherapy can be provided at no extra charge. Corporate chair massage services can be provided outside the massage therapist's regular office hours. The rate is $60/hour with a 2-hour minimum. Chair massages are typically 10-15 minutes each, allowing each therapist to work on 4-6 people per hour. More or less time can be spent on each participant based on your organization's needs. There is no charge for travel, set-up or clean-up time. The service is typically paid 100% by the employer; however, plans can be set up in which the employer and employees share the cost or the cost is passed on directly to the employees.	105 minute	$120

Appointments request via online must be schedule 2-4 hours in advance or more to prevent double bookings. Massage by appointment only times: Tuesdays from 10am- noon; Thursdays 1pm-4pm; Saturdays 9am-1pm. Massage sessions scheduled during these times and/or the popular 4:00pm-4:30pm time slot are subject to a cancellation fee of $50 if not given proper notice of 4 hours or more. 

Massage and Personal Training payments and copays for Physical Therapy are expected at time of service. Personal Training and Massage Packages are available for the budget-minded individual. Payments may be made by cash, check, or major credit card (except American Express). Checks can be made payable to OMNI Physical Therapy.

The therapist reserves the right to refuse service if the client has proved unreliable at keeping appointments. Massage sessions scheduled during by appointment only hours and/or the popular 4:00pm4:30pm time slot is subject to a cancellation fee of $50 if not given proper notice (more than 4 hours). If you are running late for your appointment, please call 314-775-0183. Also, depending on whether there are other massage appointments immediately following yours, your session length may be shortened.
