A 24 hour notice is required to cancel or change your appointment. If you are a new client who has never seen me before, I do require you to call me on the phone after requesting your reservation with me, I require a credit card number to hold your appointment. Your card will not be charged, this is simply a deposit on your appointment. This is standard in most salons and spa's. Call 925.672.2289 If you need to cancel an existing appointment, call me on the phone. Leave a voice mail if I do not answer. If you are unable to do this, you will be charged a fee of at least $50.00 for the time that has been set aside specifically for your appointment. If you have a Gift Certificate, and are unable to give a 24 hour notice of cancellation prior to your appointment, your Gift Certificate will be forfeited.
