Kelly L says: I had seen my primary care M.D. and a specilaist at Kaiser and went undiagnosed for a vitamin D deficiency for over a year. Dr. Austin knew within minutes of my conversation what was wrong and had a plan to fix it. Since I don't have time to drive to her office, I have phone consults every 4 months or so and gets shots an Henry's in Chula Vista. I also order my vitamin via her office and they deliver them to me at Henry's or the mail. I appreciate that she works with me. Also, I've learned that you can run all of these expenses through your Flexible Spending Account. As long as Dr. Austin writes a Letter of Medical Necessity and/or a prescription, it will be covered. I also communicate a lot via e-mail and Michelle and/or Dr. Austin respond quickly. I feel like Dr. Austin saved me from a tired, no energy life...and we're on a path now to great health.
