As a first principle we want you to be delighted with all that we offer here at pampering@powfoot. Everything we do is aimed at making your experience great! Please be aware that sometimes we may need to cancel at short notice. We'll do everything we can to avoid that but sometimes it does happen. Please bear with us on this.
ReservationsTo avoid disappointment please make sure you book your appointment in advance.
PaymentPayment is required in full on completion of your treatment.
CancellationIf you find you can't make the appointment for whatever reason do please let us know as soon as possible - there's nothing worse than being stood up! If you do have to cancel we'll do all we can to fit you in at some other time - but do bear with us as there's only 24 hours in a day!
