Pam H says: If you want someone who knows what he is doing this is him. Jim will go out of his way to get everything completed and more. He has great knowledge and skills. He is a very easy guy to understand and has patience for just about any one. I would not hestiate to call on him for all my PC concerns and I feel for the price you get great service and not some young geek who comes in installs and leaves. Jim would not leave unless he knew you were completely sattified and had no more questions or concerns. He also has the option on his website to ask any question that may arrise that might of been missed..

I found Jim on the internet and he saved the computer. He hooked up a Japanese-character keyboard which let my husband reconnect while Jim looked for solutions. He did not charge us for anything except the keyboard. This included 2 personal house calls. I would recommend Jim to everyone.
