Online appointments must be scheduled at least 72 hours in advance, and are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from Life Purpose Consulting. If you wish to schedule an appointment less than 72 hours in advance, call us at (415) 271-7678. 

Payment arrangements for consultations or mentoring programs must be arranged -- usually via email -- prior to your first session. If you will not be available via email prior to your next appointment, please contact Markus Thorndike by phone immediately after requesting this appointment: 415-271-7678. 

A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or change your appointment without penalty. Cancellations or changes made less than 8 hours in advance will be charged the full cost of the appointment.
