She has made herself available: she over delivers; I received my first scheduled 1/2 hour mentoring session from Andrea, and she spent over an hour with me. She is patient, knowledgeable, and funny! She showed me several tools that I could use which I had never heard of and that has proved to be extremely valuable. I don't generally need help with the technical side of things: I needed guidance & direction in what I should focus on, and Andrea provided that and so much more. Shes also really easy to talk to and stayed way over time on my call.
