	Yin: Reiki Energy Energy balancing for the body's chakras. Each of chakra governs particular organs and emotions in the body. After a brief shiatsu to press out physical tension, stationary hands scented with a soothing blend of lavender, rosemary and lemongrass will guide Reiki from the crown of the head finishing at the soles of the feet. A spray of rosewater and Tibetan bowl blessing seals the practice. 	Soulwork: Reiki Therapy A signature service of Jennifer's offering her own style of Reiki Therapy. With you as a participant, this session allows us to explore specific areas in your life where you feel stuck. Offering Reiki as the primary modality and paired with discussion, intuitive guidance and/or guided meditation. We will sift through and untie the emotional and energetic knots so you can move forward!	105 minute	$125
	Mama Chi: Prenatal Reiki Reiki is absolutely safe for assisting prenatal mamas through all 9 months. A brief discussion of your needs and what's happening with baby, flows into the restorative energy-balancing of Reiki. Stationary hand positions lightly scented with soothing lavender send pure chi to clear the mind, soothe the back and other spots holding tension. The session concludes with a rosewater mist and tibetan bowl blessing for you and baby.	75 minute	$85
	Essence: Reiki & Flower Essence Therapy When we are imbalanced energetically, it's best to treat energy with energy! In this session we specifically address emotional and energetic imbalances with the restorative healing of Reiki. Jennifer also explores these imbalances with you to tailor and formulate a 5-essence remedy for you to take as a supplement over the next 1-3 months. 	Pathway: Distance Reiki Healing by phone Since Reiki can transcend space and time, it is available to anyone, in any place. Jennifer will connect with you via email allowing you to thoroughly express what life issues you are experiencing. The day of the appointment, Jennifer will connect with you via phone to briefly check in. The session then continues offline while you relax in your own space and receive the healing of Reiki energy. Sessions are 60min in length: 15min phone pre-session check in, 30min of Distance Healing Reiki, 15min of post-session check in. You may be asked to send a picture or item connected with you or the person who is in need of healing. Distance Healing Sessions are scheduled Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.	60 minute	$50
	Sattva:Ayurvedic Initial Consult In ayurveda, Sattva is the state of being in which we are most aligned with equanimity. The Initial Consult is the groundbreaker for shifting nutritional and daily habits and aligning with what is best for your body's constitution. Through discussion, physical assessment, pulse diagnosis and tongue analysis we will discover what may be imbalanced. Ayurveda is highly effective in addressing digestive, emotional, women's gynecological and men's health issues. This session runs approximately between 90min-2hours This session is typically followed by the Enlighten:Report of Findings session.	2 hour	$150
	Enlighten: Ayurvedic Report of Findings After your Initial Consult session, you will be ready for your Report of Findings. Your practitioner will discuss what is best for your body's constitution through nutritional recommendations, movement, daily practices and possibly prescribing herbs. From here you may use the Sustain: Follow-up sessions to receive advice and stay on track in moving forward on your new path! Please note any prescribed herbs are an additional cost	75 minute	$75
	Fulfilled: Ayurvedic Follow-up These sessions may be scheduled anytime after the Sattva and the Enlighten to assist on the path of wellbeing. Your practitioner will spend an hour discussing your progress, modify any herbal prescriptions and provide nutritional, movement and emotional support.	60 minute	$65
	Nourish: Abhyanga Massage This Ayurvedic massage addresses vital pressure (Marma) points throughout the body while incorporating long and blissful strokes to calm and detoxify the body. 	Reiki Class - Level 1 Private Instruction Becoming attuned to Reiki offers you not only the ability to facilitate healing in yourself and others, but also facilitates spiritual awakening. As a practitioner your energetic field is opened and you will be able to channel Universal Life-force Energy through you into others. This abundant flow of energy also known as "Chi" cleanses the body and naturally brings you into balance along with anyone you work with. The Reiki Level 1 class prepares you with the knowledge and skill to practice the basic level of Reiki. Participants will receive the Level 1 packet, learn Kanji hand positions, receive the 4 Initiations of the Level 1 Attunement, and become fully certified as a Level 1 Reiki Practitioner. Classes are 3-4 hours in length including practice time.	4 hour	$250
	Reiki Class - Level 2 Private Instruction Becoming attuned to Reiki offers you not only the ability to facilitate healing in yourself and others, but also facilitates spiritual awakening. This abundant flow of energy also known as "Chi" cleanses the body and naturally brings you into balance along with anyone you work with. The Reiki Level 2 class offers a deeper understanding of how to work with Reiki using sacred symbols and becoming attuned to the specialized art of Distance Healing. Participants will receive the Level 2 packet, learn the sacred symbols, receive the 2 Initiations of the Level 2 Attunement, and become fully certified as a Level 2 Reiki Practitioner. Classes are 3-4 hours in length including practice time.	4 hour	$250

Credit Cards are accepted when scheduling online or when scheduling a Phone Session, however they are not accepted in-office at this time. Cash and Checks are the accepted form of payment in-office. 

A 24-hour notice via phone call is required and appreciated to avoid Cancellation Fees. If cancelling your appointment after the 24-hour mark you will be assessed with half of your session fee. All no-shows are assessed the full session fee. Pre-Paid Sessions and/or packages are fully refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of making the appointment or buying the package. A credit to your account will be issued within 7 days of cancellation. After that time these sessions and/or packages will be refunded in the form of a gift certificate only.
