Reiki
The Reiki session begins by lying belly down on a cushioned massage table. While laying fully clothed you are treated to a brief gentle head-to-toe Shiatsu to press out stored tensions. Turning onto your back, you will be guided into state of deep relaxation with an eye pillow helping you to reach a sedated state of mind. Anointing the crown chakra with a calming blend of essential oils (clary sage, lavender and rose geranium) your senses are prepared to receive a transmission of pure chi into the 7 chakra centers of the body. As the session comes to a close you are welcomed back to your senses with the chime of a tibetan medicine bowl and mist of rosewater.
Because Reiki addresses deeper restoration on many levels the session is 75min in length allowing time for consultation before and after session.

New Moon Reiki
The New Moon phase is a 12-day phase when we are asked to bring forth a vision, an intention to bring more light and goodness into the world. This vision can be connected to our health, our work, our community, the environment or all the above.
In a New Moon Reiki session, we will identify your intentions and with Reiki facilitate a clearing of old thought patterns and send distance healing to your intentions to help them come to frution. This 90min session includes an hour of Reiki as mentioned above.
Please bring 3-5 printed intentions so we may discuss and send energy during this session.
*The following are the 2008 dates for the New Moon, It is best to schedule your session within 7days around these dates:

Women's Moon Reiki
Women's Moon Reiki is a session designed to help relieve symptoms and restore balance during the menstrual cycle. while best to schedule this session during menstrual flow, it can be scheduled at any time during the cycle to help bring balance to the reproductive body.
This 90min session begins with a brief check-in, followed by a 15-20min back, neck & shoulder massage with organic lotions and oils. Reflexology and Acupressure are applied to to the feet to support the reproductive organs. Pillows are used to cradle the knees and upper legs as gentle restorative poses help to open hips. Reiki energy is then used at the head and the belly to support the reproductive body and restore emotional balance. Essential oils and flower essences are used to support the process. The session closes with a spray of rosewater and a silent prayer for your highest beauty and wellbeing.
