I knew that before I stepped foot in her shop from the way she conducted business over the phone and because of her rules. I love coming to the shop to get my hair done. She is very welcoming, and I stay laughing in the shop. It is a pleasant, peaceful atmosphere and one that I will enjoy coming to over and over again. Before attending the shop and reading Hair Wishes rules I wasn't sure what to expect from Marcedes. From my point of view, Marcedes is a positive and uplifting person with a beautiful family. She encourages and uplifts her clients in their hard times. She's honest too. Ladies, she will tell you if the hairstyle you're dreaming about ain't cute. Hey atleast, she doesn't want you going out the door looking a mess. I also love that she is willing to share information on how to take care of your hair. Some hair dressers do not want to divulge any information as if it is a secret formula. The products she uses keep my hair healthy, and I love the one client at a time rule! I never have to wait for another client to get done. Now if we could just do something about me sitting under the dryer for so long because of my hair's thickness that'd be great. lol.
