	Laura Metzdorff, L.Ac Book with Laura	Laura is licensed by the California Acupuncture Board to practice Acupuncture an...d Herbal Medicine. She is originally from Long Island, NY and started her education at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in NYC. Laura decided to explore life on the West Coast and moved to California to finish her studies at Pacific's San Diego campus. During school, Laura assisted at North Shore Acupuncture in Encinitas, CA. She then spent two assisting and practicing at The Healing Sanctuary in Tustin, CA. In December of 2010 she relocated to Northern California where she co-founded Earth and Air Wellness in Walnut Creek. While Laura has successfully treated many conditions including digestive issues, sport injuries, anxiety and depression, she has grown a strong interest specifically in the areas of nutrition and family planning. 	Jenna Ferraiolo, L.Ac Book with Jenna	Jenna is a CA state licensed Acupuncturist (L.Ac.) and a Nationally certified Di...plomat of Oriental Medicine (Dipl. O.M.). She graduated with her B.S in Fitness and Cardiac Rehabilitation /Exercise Science from Ithaca College in New York. Looking for a more integrative approach to health care, she went on to obtain her M.S. from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. During her time at PCOM, Jenna worked with HIV/AIDS patients at UCSD’s Owen Clinic and also with NCAA athletes at the UCSD campus. In 2006 she had the opportunity to travel to Beijing, China to study in several area hospitals with Traditional Chinese Medical Doctors. In 2008, Jenna had another amazing opportunity and was able to travel to Uganda to volunteer with the PanAfrican Acupuncture Project. Jenna has also worked with Neuro Acupuncture Associates in Carlsbad, CA inside of a non-profit Spinal Cord Injury Rehabilitation center. Best acupuncture I have ever had!

I came in last week with a headache that came up every day for 3 days straight. She made it go away and I haven't had it back since. I come in every session with different things and she adjust the needle points accordingly. Thank you Jenna, you are a gem!!

Great with Children

She is very nurturing, confident, calm, and compassionate. He has responded well to his treatments, and finally allowed the children's needles on his 3rd visit. I also had my first visit and found it relaxing and helpful. We look forward to more visits and more relief. Perfect attitude and no-nonsense approach to healing without being New-agey. Very very professional office.

Jenna immediately put me at ease, which definitely helped my apprehension about the needles! She is very knowledgeable about the work she does & I couldn't have been in better hands. New to Acupuncture

Mar B says: I'm new to this and still learning but I really enjoyed meeting Laura. I came in just to try it but also had some shoulder pain and some pain below the knee. My shoulder is fine now, even after doing pull-ups! The sensation below my knee is different today too. I woke up this morning ready to roll, moving freely and easily although yesterday I did an hour workout with a trainer and did an hour of biking before I got my treatment. Based on that, I'd say that it was accurate. Earth Air and Wellness is very comfortable. The practitioners are warm without being simpering. It's more like meeting a new friend than it is like getting body work.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, cash and checks. We are also providers for most insurance companies. All payments and co-pays are due at the time of service.

Cancellation

A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. There is a $25 cancellation fee for appointments cancelled or rescheduled without 24-hour notice.
