I provide an assortment of affordable Massage, Reflexology and some Spa Services when I have access to natural products. Male Clients are welcome with a referral. Otherwise I may suggest a nearby healing facility that I use in Sterling Heights.

My sessions are Professional, Holistic, Healing, Therapeutic and Nurturing. I use only Organic Cold-Pressed Oils. I used my Essential Oils to come off five nasty Rheumatoid Arthritis medications that I have successfully been off for since November 2006 without ill effects or complaints.

Therapeutic Massage: Massage description: All sessions are designed to your therapeutic needs. My massages include Orthopedic, Swedish, Therapeutic, (Some) Deep Tissue, Acupressure, Trigger Point Work, Myofacial Release, Gentle Stretching, Reiki and Reflexology techniques for maximum healing & relaxation. Please note: If you think you require 'Deep Tissue' work, I may not be the therapist you seek. However, if you seek this work around your neck, shoulders and upper back, much of this tension carried is easier relieved with the trigger point work, acupressure therapy and stretching I offer. I have also found that some clients want deep tissue are seeking a very therapeutic session verses a 'light massage' found in Spa's. I am not a therapist that offers a very light pressure massage. Draping is ALWAYS required - no exceptions.	75 minute	$70
Mini/ Spot Treatment: This is a wonderful session for those short on time. It is the perfect ‘maintenance’ session to keep you feeling good in between your regular sessions. However, it is just what you need to help you when the stress is on, causing chronic Pain, Migraines, PMS, TMJ flare-ups, Arthritis pain, Sinus issues, Allergy Attacks and more. This is a focused session that includes ten minutes of reflexology on the feet first, to bring fast relief from whatever pain or stress you are dealing with (as it only takes the body five to seven minutes to begin to relax when addressed via the feet.). Then the remaining twenty minutes is spot work on the troubling areas of concern.	30 minute	$35
Reflexology Session: Reflexology is wonderful way to work with many health concerns that can be unreachable through normal massage: such as problems in the organs or internal systems. It is HIGHLY beneficial for damaged or painful areas that cannot be directly touched. In a massage session or even by itself, you will feel completely amazing! Popular Choice! This is the session is designed to treat almost any ailment for relief as well as hold all Stress/ Tension at bay. Pesky sinuses? Backache? Headaches or Migraines? In this session, I focus in on the areas to help alleviate the symptoms that may cause you chronic grief. Or, if you are fortunate to not suffer anything in particular... You still have the pure delight of the highest form of relaxation as the entire body system is addressed while enjoying the bliss of your feet and lower legs getting massaged. Her home itself is so inviting and smells amazing. Then Ann sits down with you and talks with you, finds out whats going on, and basically becomes your friend. Then you slip under the blankets and its SO very warm and cozy, relaxed from the get go. Ann walks in, and ... the magic starts. I remember talking with her, but I have no clue what I was saying. She had me in such a state of bliss that when she was done, I literally couldnt see straight for 5 minutes. When is too soon to rebook?? giggles....see you soon Ann!!

Spa foot treatment

Barb S says: I had my first foot treatment with Ann yesterday and it was just as great as anything else I have tried. I'm pregnant, so my feet ache and my back aches too. She worked to relax me with the foot spa and her oils smelled GREAT. Afterwards, I had a little spot treatment to get my back in shape. Needless to say, I walked out feeling like a different person. I can't get my next appointment scheduled quick enough. You never feel like a number at Ann's, she makes you feel like you are the only person in the world and never rushed.

IMPORTANT: • Please Note: I am UNAVAILABLE between 5pm -8pm daily due to 'Family Time'. The last session time will be taken thirty minutes or earlier depending on session chosen, to my closing time.earlier than my 'closing time'. • Sickness: If you show up for your session and you are ill, you will be immediately rescheduled as I will not risk infecting others. • New Clients/ Setting Sessions: Please provide a suitable contact time. All New Clients are contacted via email BEFORE I will confirm your session and gather some information. If you are providing a phone number, I cannot be sure if this is not a 'work' number. I respect privacy and work policies. Please - provide a call-back time range. (Please check your email if you are booking online.) • New Male Clients are only seen on a referral basis. I do not make exceptions to this.

Reservations

• Sessions are always CONFIRMED via email (if you have provided on file) or a phone call. You will receive one notification within 48 hours of your session. • When booking for 'Sunday', please book three days in advance as I can be unavailable due to personal & family obligations. • Note that some sessions are booked via email, phone or not yet approved; please be flexible for times if you can to be accommodated. Sessions are approved on first-come, first serve basis.

Cancellation

As a courtesy to all, I request a 24-hour cancellation notice for any service. YOU MUST CONTACT ME DIRECTLY VIA PHONE TO CANCEL. Emails can result in Cancellation fees, if not seen in time or if the internet/ email is down. Cancellations of less than 24-hours or no-shows will be billed in full of their session costs.
