It is SPA DAY time! Get it all to "Relax, Renew and Rejuvenate" your body from head to toe! Begin with a Volcanic Foot Spa (to warm your body and ease into relaxation! Then, a full service of the Simplified Facial, only this session will include 30-Minutes of Reflexology while you are relaxing in mask and hot towels. Enhanced Facial Session: (currently Unavailable at this time.)
How many times do you clench your teeth, frown or smile? Your face needs attention, too! This Facial is anything but Energizing! Do not Confuse with a "Deep" cleansing Facial where many clients can feel 'vacuumed over', harshly scrubbed or over-dry. This involves a cleansing of the face; toning; a Honey-mask (that may be customized to your skin type.); an oil-free serum (which is great for problem skin!) and a moisturizer. You are wrapped in a cocoon of warmth (or may slip in under the blanket and sheet), and for all products applied, your face will be gently massaged. While wearing the mask, steamy warm towels will be gently set upon the face to allow for deeper penetration of the product.
You then get it all! The upper bodywork: Head, Neck, Shoulders, Arms and Hands plus the Reflexology to address the "all over" body tension. Next, a small bit of Coconut oil (or another oil of choice) will be used to massage those hard-worked facial muscles, but do not fear~ I have the warm, steamy towels ready to remove the traces of oils to keep your skin fresh and oil-free! Last, a moisturizer is applied that compliments your skin type, of course! Finally, an organic lip balm can be applied to seal, moisturize and protect your delicate lips. Complete relaxation and your skin is glowing! Make the session more therapeutic by asking for acupressure to be added, free of charge. This is a great treat to the body as even the lymphatic system is still addressed. Cold-pressed apricot oil is combined with apricot kernel and Hawaiian sea salt to allow for exfoliation of the skin to give a healthy glow! Child Session:
Children also benefit from Reflexology and Massage Services. From ADHD, Allergies, Diabetes or just plain immune-boosting support; bodywork helps to alleviate many symptoms before they begin. Stress affects our children in the smallest ways and without us even realizing the true cause. It can be exams, changes in home decor or even a change in teachers at school. Basically, know it does not take much to upset a child in the slightest way.
I perform Reflexology on my son every other day and I have witnessed his immune system improve DRAMATICALLY! Sinus issues are not as bad~ I have taken him off the prescription allergy medication he was given and our visits to the pediatrician(or E.R.) are LESS often now. His colds are less severe and do not last as long as they used to. We also do not give him any OTC's to help with his symptoms as Reflexology and diluted oils maintain his system dramatically!
And, more importantly: He is not as cranky as he could be, especially when OTC and other Prescription medication can assist in the drowsy/ cranky factor!

What this means is: I made the change to become a therapist by my own decision and desire: which is to help those that need it. I intend to remain a therapist for years; I am not doing this to help change my career. I love my work with a severe passion as I first-hand recovered from the effects of Rheumatoid Arthritis, Migraines and PMS with the use of Reflexology, Massage and Medicinal Essential Oils. I practice the tips I give to my clients when they inquire. However, if I am unwell or if I know I will spread an infection, I will ask you to reschedule. I practice healing, and what good am I to you if I end up getting you or someone else ill?
I feel I am a unique therapist by the simple fact that I have experienced many levels of emotional and physical pain, and by overcoming it with holistic care and self-improvement, this makes me the therapist I am today: Compassionate, Understanding, Intuitive as well as taking time by not rushing your session. I am very thankful for the knowledge I have to help deliver therapeutic relief to the body emotionally, physically and spiritually!

** PLEASE BE SURE YOU READ THE FOLLOWING WHEN BOOKING YOUR SESSION **:
• Please Note: I am UNAVAILABLE between 5pm -8pm daily due to 'Family Time'. The last session time will be taken thirty minutes earlier than my 'closing time'. (Or earlier, depending on the session you decide on.).
• If you are not well or if you know you are contagious or have been exposed, please reschedule your session for another time to avoid spreading the infection. I practice health and wellness, and I do my best to keep everyone healthy! (I will not work on you if I am not well, either.)
• If you are booking for Sunday hours, I ask that you do so Three Days in ADVANCE due to personal family engagements. I want to be sure I can be available to meet your needs! Please have a 'back up' date, as I may be unavailable!
• If you are booking your session in the next 48-hours (or next day), I do ask that you call to do so. Life & Technology can predict other factors that delay emails from being processed in a timely fashion. (This can avoid upset for all involved.)
• IMPORTANT Note: PLEASE be flexible when booking your session online. I do have other sessions that could be in process of approval. I want to see you accommodated! Please make sure you provide a convenient time for me to contact you.
• Cancellation Fees: As a courtesy to all, I request a 24-hour cancellation notice for any service. YOU MUST CONTACT ME DIRECTLY VIA PHONE TO CANCEL. Emails can result in Cancellation fees, if not seen in time or if the internet/ email is down. Cancellations of less than 24-hours or no-shows will be billed in full of their session costs.
• Sessions ARE always CONFIRMED via email (if you have provided on file) or a phone call. You will receive one notification within 48 hours of your session.
• New Clients/ Setting Sessions: Please provide a suitable contact time. All New Clients are contacted via email BEFORE I will confirm your session to gather your information. I also use this time to see if you have any questions for me in advance. If you are providing a phone number, I cannot be sure if this is not a 'work' number. I respect privacy and work policies. Please - provide a call-back time range.
