Alison G says: I was in dire need of a massage and had been practicing yoga at Yoga Vida, so I thought that I would support that business. I chose Chris as my therapist, as I usually require a deep, deep massage, and that is totally what I received! I had so much work that was needed and Chris took it on like a champ! I left there feeling lighter and filled with more love than when I came in. Chris is really good at what he does! I highly recommend him to anyone with a body that needs a good, deep massage! He even recommended that I use ice on my back, which helped me through the healing process of what we had worked through. Great advice! I am grateful for Chris and will definitely be back!
