Greg Shepherd of i-inspection has been providing high-quality home inspections in the San Francisco Bay Area for over 11 years. He is a licensed General Contractor with over 30 years of experience in the home construction industry. In addition to being a GC, Greg has a degree in Economics from the University of California - Santa Barbara and holds an MBA from Golden Gate University. Greg is a Candidate Member of CREIA ( California Real Estate Inspection Association). We carry a $1,000,000 E&O policy to back up all i-inspection reports.

At i-inspection, we are performing our inspections using the latest technologies. We offer 24/7 online scheduling and reports are often able to be delivered, via the internet, immediately at the end of the inspection. The inspector is able to go through a summary of the inspection in a iPad presentation with our clients at the end of the inspection. We always make time to answer your questions.

In order to insure that your inspection is fully warranted, an inspection agreement will be included with your confirmation. This agreement must be executed prior to the time if the inspection for services to be rendered. Once executed, the report is backed by a $1,000,000 insurance policy for your protection. Your confirmation email will provide instructions to review and execute the contract. 

Please make reservations 48 hours prior to the anticipated time of the inspection. Although all efforts will be made to accomodate requests with a shorter window of need, no guaranty of service can be made. 

For your convienience, we accept credit card payment via Paypal at the time of booking. Checks/cash are accepted at the time of the inspection. 

A 24 hour notice is required to cancel or change your appointment. Please call me directly to cancel.
