The Reiki session begins by lying belly down on a cushioned massage table. While laying fully clothed you are treated to a brief gentle head-to-toe Shiatsu to press out stored tensions. Turning onto your back, you will be guided into state of deep relaxation with an eye pillow helping you to reach a sedated state of mind. Anointing the crown chakra with a calming blend of essential oils (clary sage, lavender and rose geranium) your senses are prepared to receive a transmission of pure chi into the 7 chakra centers of the body. As the session comes to a close you are welcomed back to your senses with the chime of a tibetan medicine bowl and mist of rosewater.

Because Reiki addresses deeper restoration on many levels the session is 75min in length allowing time for consultation before and after session.

Each 1-on-1 session is 2hours in length beginning with a discussion of your guidance exercise and gaining step-by-step clarity on how to bring your dreams to fruition. We then practice a meditation to center and connect with your core energy. Finally the session flows into a restorative hour of Reiki, supporting your wellbeing and returning you to a place of balance. The result is connecting you with a clear understanding of where you are, where you want to be and how to get there. Finding your emotional, physical and spiritual sense of being in the world.

A 60min session of guided one-on-one meditation. Differing in style to the Guided Healing Meditation, this session allows us to discuss your needs, create a quiet environment and be guided through a seated meditation to run energy and experience stillness.

A very special one-on-one meditation session which allows you to reconnect and facilitate healing in your physical, emotional and energetic body. The session begins by lying belly down on a cushioned massage table. While laying fully clothed you are treated to a brief gentle head-to-toe Shiatsu to press out stored tensions. Turning onto your back, you will be guided into state of deep relaxation with an eye pillow helping you to reach a sedated state of mind. Bringing breath, awareness and intention into each energetic center. This meditation builds your core energetics stimulating and improving vitality. Once you are grounded in the technique you can practice it on your own. This session also incorporates 45 min of channeling Reiki in to key areas.

The New Moon phase is a 12-day phase when we are asked to bring forth a vision, an intention to bring more light and goodness into the world. This vision can be connected to our health, our work, our community, the environment or all the above.

In a New Moon Reiki session, we will identify your intentions and with Reiki facilitate a clearing of old thought patterns and send distance healing to your intentions to help them come to frution. This 90min session includes an hour of Reiki as mentioned above.

For ulitimate pampering, include a 15min hand and foot nourishment as mentioned above.
