mara s says: Angel the sweet dog and Miranda the sweet Angel had a session yesterday. A small part of it was asking Angel why she's been waking up 2 and 3 times a night for the past couple of months. She replied that she was cold and therefore stiff. The crate has been moved farther from the door, covered with a quilt, and made even cozier! Last night Angel slept in her crate (it has no door) for more than 9 hours without getting up. This may sound simple but I did not know what the problem was.. Love to my Angels!

Ben J says: I'll admit...I had some skepticism. I wanted to ask something "Have Rue tell you what I'm holding." This was totally not necessary. From the second Miranda checked in w. Rue, the energy shifted and I could clearly tell something extraordinary was happening. Miranda, having never met our cat, clearly knew exactly who Rue was. The things Rue said matched her personality perfectly and the insights Miranda provided based on what Rue said were spot on. Right away, Rue's behavior change. She was in a way more wild and crazy than before, but in a more appropriate way. She has been a little more affectionate and our connection with this little ball of half-feral kitten is much deeper. Without question, I would recommend Miranda to anybody...with or without a pet! :)

Miranda was able to give me insights that were key to making my dog's transition when and how my dog needed it. What could possibly be more valuable than that, I ask you?

Marcia W says: I talked with Miranda about my toy poodle who is now 16 years of age and has an injured back. She has always been energetic and loved walking and jumping. She stopped eating from the pain. Much too late for her comfort we learned that the real problem was in her back. My questions centered around learning how to make this last phase of her life as good as possible. Miranda said that what Ashley wanted most was time with me, which is consistent with Ashley's behavior. Always a lover, she is now a velcro dog. It told me that I need to spend as much time with her as possible, something that I suspected but the knowledge helps me keep that uppermost in my behavior in a disciplined way. I was able to talk with Miranda and Ashley about end of life issues, which gave me as much peace as possible. Most of the session Ashley lay in a sun splash by the window, which also told me that she wants more sunshine than she is currently getting at home. So we need to spend time in the park quietly soaking up the sun ... or at friends' doing the same thing. I need to find a sunnier place to live for her ... for whatever time she has left. It was a deeply comforting experience to communicate so directly with Miranda and Ashley. I love my little girl and this phase together is painful for me and seems bewildering for Ashley. Miranda helped us communicate more clearly about important issues.

Bella has a couple behavioral problems, and having my questions to Bella answered thru Miranda helps me see my dog from a different point of view. Now I look at Bella in a completely different way! My vet wanted me to put him on a cardiovascular drug that they give to humans with all kinds of negative side effects. Alan K says: Tomi has a tumor on his cervical spine at levels 1 & 2--it is malignant and inoperable. Miranda is walking me through what could be the end for such a brave K-9. I did not have to tell Miranda what Tomi went through on 9/11, he did. Her question, painful to me as it was, was am I willing to abide whatever wishes Tomi has. Also, after Miranda explained to Sweet Pea that she needed her medication, she swallowed her antibiotic right down with almost no fuss. We are now focusing on finding the perfect new home for Sweet Pea. Although it hurts to let her go, I know now what my kitty really wants and needs.

John S says: We brought Elsa, the Bernese Mountain Dog we just adopted (she's 2 1/2) to Miranda to help us learn more about her background and what she needed to feel more comfortable in her new home - and to see what we needed to do to convey to Elsa just how she is loved and wanted. Elsa was anxious on the drive over, and anxious in the session at first, thinking she was going to be rehomed again -- but Miranda's communication with her led Elsa to a place of calm and quiet. We learned much about ways to support Elsa, and I know much was conveyed to our beautiful dog about how much she is loved. On the drive home, she was calm and content. The real miracle really came the next day -- for the first time, is really wagging her tail, and we know she 'knows' she is where she belongs. Our session with Miranda was a gift to us -- and a gift to our beatiful girl. Bless you, Miranda, for sharing with us!

Debbie G says: Natasha has so many issues, and it is hard to deal with them appropriately if I don't know the reasons behind some of them. Miranda gave me so much insight. I never would have guessed that Natasha's harassment of my cats and bird was linked to her feelings of needing power over something. I knew Natasha has been abused before she came into my life, but not to the extent that I know now. It was heartbreaking to hear, but will help me give her what she needs. I now know she still needs reassurance that she is loved and will always be a part of my pack. We are on our way to a much more productive relationship thanks to this session.
