	Your Own Sheets/Economy Massage An economic option for those needing a little hands on work. This is not a full body massage, but should be able to alleviate some of your stress, pain, discomfort or just a little R & R. You will need to bring a clean set of twin sheets & a pillow case with you. (One fitted & one flat). Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow for the use of your own linens. This is an economy massage, by bringing your own linens, cutting down on my cost & time in laundering, you will be getting a quality full 40 minutes of actual massage time on the table. This is a wonderful alternative in these economic times. This particular massage is not offered in a gift certificate format & cannot be combined with any other offers.	40 minute	$45

EARN FREE MASSAGES! JOIN THE MASSAGE CLUB! For every regularly priced 60 minute massage you receive credit towards a FREE MASSAGE. I want to make massage a regular part of your wellness plan and not a "treat." I am here to provide massage therapy for a specified amount of time, depending upon the amount of time scheduled in advance for the massage therapy appointment. Most appointments are scheduled for 60 or 90 minutes sessions at a time. When the massage has ended an additional 10 minutes is used for you to dress, make payment for your massage therapy session and book a future appointment. If you arrive late to your appointment the remaining time will be used for your massage therapy appointment. If you do not show up for your appointment full fee for the session will be charged.
