This schedule allows me to give clients my best energy and completely focus my attention on their needs. Your efforts to fit into these hours will ensure you get the most value out of our time together.

Many clients find time to work with me on lunch hours, or take personal days from work to meet and then work on their projects.

My mission in life is to facilitate people who are "stuck" to thrive in spite of... the challenges life has thrown their way -- such as ADHD or ADD-Like traits, a highly creative personality type, or just feeling "different" from everyone else.

Most of my clients have always felt something was different about them...and have spent a lot of energy trying to fit in or at least not "stick out" too much. It could be that like me, they grew up in a traumatic enviromment, and as a result have chronic recurring feelings of low self-worth, shame, and stress, in spite of all their accomplishments.
Through coaching and education, I help people:

Rediscover self-worth, meaning and purpose in life

Release the shame they feel over things they cannot change about themselves, and find a way to embrace their flaws as well as their strengths.

Change the things they can change. Like learning to let go of the physical and emotional clutter that is holding them back, and getting their lives organized "just enough" so that they can have more of what they really want in life. --Like peace, love, intimate connection with and acceptance from other people, and a sense of satisfaction with life overall.
Education:

Master's Degree in Education including: Adult Learning Psychology, Organizational Training and Development
Certificates from NSGCD in ADD and Chronic Disorganization, Hoarding, Mental Health Issues and 8 others. Certified Process Facilitator, Communication Skills Instructor, Accelerated Learning, NLP, Cognitive Behavioral Psychology, Experienced with PTSD, Addictions
