Appointment requests: We will genuinely try to fulfill all requested appointments, however, in case our online calendar has not been updated, please try to be flexible with alternate times. We highly recommend booking at least 4 hours in advance. Out Calls & Home Services: We only provide 90 minute services for out-calls and 60 minute services for those who are already regulars with their own massage tables at home.

Cancellation/Rescheduling: Time is precious. Rhemedy by Rhed respects yours as well as ours. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. New clients, please allow 15 minutes in advance to fill out an intake form and to discuss your needs. A credit card number will be required to make a reservation. For all unforseen events in life, we ask that you advise us at least 24 hours in advance for reserved appointments to re-schedule or cancel; failure to do so will result in 50% of scheduled service to your credit card account; no notice will incur in 100% charge for the amount of the service. Although we will try our best to fulfill your appointment, late arrival will end on scheduled time. Delayed Out-calls beyond 15-minutes will be charged in full. Retail product purchases: Returns are accepted within 10 days of purchase with a receipt. No cash refunds. Opened/Used items are Non-Refundable.
