What appointment?

Roberta T says: George called me yesterday and said he would be at my house at 9:30. He did not show up or call. In addition, my appointment was rescheduled a few weeks ago to Thursday and obviously your office did not make the change. Fortunately, I was home yesterday but he didn't show up. I have hired another painter.
