EXTREMELY Informative Telephone Appointment w/Angela re: becoming a home agent

Karen D says: Although the website has a great deal of information I still had some questions and concerns and wanted to speak to someone live. We stayed on the phone much longer than our allotted time because the answers Angela gave to my list of prepared questions sparked new questions. In interviewing her about herself I actually found that there additional avenues of opportunity that I could pursue with this business. Without prompting, Angela provided me with additional websites to do additional research as well as provided excellent insight into some of my financial and service related questions. I like that the company is constantly trying to improve its product, not only for their clients, but for the agents as well. We had a very realistic conversation about goals and some issues the agency has had in the past. After speaking at length I know that I am on the right track and that Dugans was on my short-list for a reason. Angela is high energy, knowledgeable and most of all she is passionate about Dugans. She loves her job and wants to make sure that those who come on board are well informed and a right fit for this company. I really appreciate it and I am very excited! Thanks again for your time!
