Although I didn't really know what I wanted to do with my hair, Gale asked questions, really listened, and was able to translate my comments into the perfect color and cut for my hair type and lifestyle. Her products are the best and this is the first time I have not had a reaction to hair color. I came out feeling great about my hair. It was wonderful that I didn't have to endure that week of "shock" that I normally experience after a cut and color. I am looking forward to my next visit!

When I saw the finished product, though, I thought that she did a better job on it than the people who styled the same look for Taylor Swift's hair!
