In this 8 hour advance training class, you will learn braiding skills associated with single braids: Singles, Block Braids, Micro's, Pins Thins, Tree Singles, Senegalese Twist, Kinky Twist, Comb Twist, Locks, Tool locks, Silk Locks, Nu Locks, Fishtail Singles, Bufutoo, Cork Screws, and Jamaican Braids. Even though, the class is only 8 hours, you may be given extra time to learn the braid concepts, so that you will have confidence after the class is over. This class usually cost $650, and the class must be paid in full to attend. You may pay a fee of $195 only to take this class at this time.
You must be able to braid a simple 3 strand braid without extra hair added. Please pay your discounted rate of $195, or $295 fee to secure your class date for both classes. If you take both classes, it will take two days to finish the classes. These are an 8 hour class, more time will be added for those that need it. |

To take this class, you mus be a licensed cosmetologist. Also, you must be able to braid hair or you must take my braid classes II FIRST! In this class you will learn Sewn in track weaving, Net Weaving and when to use a net, Closure weave and how to use a Silk base Closure, Braidless track Weave, French Lace Threading, Tree Braid Weave, and Micro's w/ weave. This class usually cost $1000! This class must be paid in full to attend. Yes, you may make non-refundable payments toward you class. You must be able to braid a simple 3 strand single braid and cornrow with extra hair added to attend this class. Please pay your $250 deposit to secure your class date. This is an 8 hour day class, more time will be added for those that need it.

Even though, this class is only 8 hours. I will give you extra time on each day to learn the braid concepts, so that you will have confidence after the class is over. This class cost $1000; classes must be paid in full to attend. Yes, you may make a $295 deposit toward your class. You must be able to braid a simple single 3 strand single braid without extra hair added to attend this class. Please pay your $350 deposit to secure your class date. This class is two 8 hour days. In this class you will learn Sewn in track weaving, Net Weaving and when to use a net, Closure weave and how to use a Silk base Closure, Braidless track Weave, French Lace Threading, Tree Braid Weave, and Micro's w/ weave. This class usually cost $1000! This class must be paid in full to attend. Yes, you may make non-refundable payments toward you class. You must be able to braid a simple 3 strand single braid and cornrow with extra hair added to attend this class. Please pay your $250 deposit to secure your class date. This is an 8 hour day class, more time will be added for those that need it.

I used her online booking website to book the appointment. She called me to confirm the time and my address. She showed up to my apartment on time with her supplies and listened carefully to my hairstyle needs. She took out a bad weave job, re-braided my hair and sewed in a new weave in 4 hours! What I love about Sheila is, she takes the time to listen to what you want. She plans the style and executes it while being attentive to the small details that make the weave look natural. My main concern was finding a hairdresser that was not only interested in the appearance of the style, but one that cared about the health of my hair. Her techniques, tips, and the products she used were designed to do just that! For example, the relaxer she uses is gentle and the conditioner she uses is absolutely AMAZING! Additionally, the hair that she uses is THE BEST. Once you try the hair she orders you'll never want to use anything else! Before she braided my hair, she informed me that her braiding was snug but not too tight. This was important to me because I knew this meant she would be careful not to break or damage my hair. For the first time, I had a sew-in that felt secure without giving me a headache! Now, 2 days later, it still feels snug but not uncomfortable. Best of all, I’m not seeing the little bumps that usually appear when your hair has been pulled too tight. Most importantly, she knew to leave out the delicate “baby hair” around the edges and nape of my neck to prevent breakage and to give the sew-in a more natural appearance. The main thing I like about Sheila’s service is that fast and easy is not her way of doing things. She’s thorough and will only put her name on a job she’s proud of. She’s a little pricier than what the Austin market is accustomed to, but you get what you pay for and she’s well worth it. If you want genuine hair care, high quality products, and professional installation, then Sheila T. is the woman to see!!!

She completed a full sew in with a side closure with exact specifications to my head. She does custom work, not assembly line work. Her braids are not overly tight and she asks you about tension throughout to prevent breakage. She consulted with me prior to doing my hair to make sure that I got the best outcome and I did. Living in NW Austin can make it difficult to find a stylist that can give you want and need without issue when it comes to extensions. I have now found her I will not go to anyone else. The search was long and hard and I was ready to give up and then found her. I will be hair happy from now on! If you want a high quality hair style and a true professional, follow the directions on this site carefully and your hair specialist Ms. Sheila will arrive prompt, and ready to work! Tell your friends and family to run away from CL and shady salons and run TO Sheila I know I am!

How could she say three months when she did not know how much I wash my hair and how active I am . Truth be told, I did not realize how good she was. My full head sew in was done in early April and I took it down in July. It still look pretty decent. I just felt it was time. I used the Indian Remy hair and it still looked good enough to reuse again. I loved seeing how much my natural hair had grown out. I would definately reccomend Sheila for a sewn in weave.

If pictures are worth 1,000 words, her videos are worth 1,000,000. I called her up 10 pm all distraught about my cancelled appointment. She squeezed me in 8am the very next day even though it was her off day! What a blessing! I have my engagement photo shoot this afternoon and my sew in is flawless. I moved to Austin, TX in 2006 and had met my fair share of hairstylists that did nothing but disappoint me, my hair and my image. It got so bad that I gave up altogether and began to study about the best hairstylist techniques to do my own hair.
My schedule got so hectic that I decided to search one last time for an efficient hairstylist. I found that and so much more when I found Sheila.
She was patient, attentive and listened closely; making sure that she produces exactly what I asked for. I could not believe just how extremely meticulous Sheila turned out to be. I wonder where she has been my entire Austin life!
I do not play when it comes to my hair. This means that I do a thorough amount of research before anyone touches my hair (due to past experiences with previous hairstylists). So believe me when I express how grateful I am to know Sheila. She is the best and I will do business with her as long as I reside here in Austin, TX. I am a mobile stylist; I come to your location in Seattle and around King County. I do require a $25.00 to $450 dollar deposit to make appointment for service and Advance Training Classes! It is best to do a free face to face consultation, then you will get all hair products at wholesale prices. You may also purchase Remy or Virgin Chinese, Indian, Malaysian, Brazilian, Peruvian, and Closure hair products at my on-line store, if the texture you desire is not available on the site, I can email you a quote for the cost of the hair.
