	60-minute Prenatal Massage Prenatal massage helps the expectant mother by easing the load on the heart and keeping the blood pressure in check. It assists in remedying many of the normal discomforts experienced during pregnancy such as muscular discomforts, backaches, headaches, leg cramps, and swollen ankles and feet. Massage during pregnancy is very beneficial for both mother and baby.	1 hour	$60
	75-minute Hot Stone Massage Hot Stone Massage involves the application of water-heated basalt stones of varying sizes to key points on the body, giving a deep massage and creating sensations of comfort and warmth. 	30-minute Swedish Massage (targeted pain treatment) Sessions shorter than 60-minutes are not recommended. As a holistic approach to health, massage is most effective when the entire body is addressed, which cannot be done well in under an hour. However, for budget and time constraints, Sabrina will work with you to target a specific area of concern in a shortened 30-minute session.	30 minutes	$45

Illness
In the case of an illness please reschedule your massage session. This is both for the health of the therapist and that of others receving massage in this office. Usually massage can also exacerbate your illness, due to the circulation enhancing qualities of massage.

Draping and Modesty
Draping (the use of sheets, blankets, or towels to cover the body) is required at all times. The area of the body being massaged will be uncovered, but the rest of the body will remain under the drape. Genitals (and for women, breasts) will not be massaged.

Sexuality
Therapeutic massage is non-sexual and is not designated to stimulate or gratify sexual desires for either you or the therapist. Any inappropriate sexual remarks, requests or actions will result in the session being terminated.

Massage by Sabrina accepts cash, Visa or Mastercard, or checks (with a valid ID). Payment in full is expected at the time of service. 

Please give at least 24 hours notice if you cannot make your appointment. Unless it is an emergency, you may be charged if you fail to give adequate notice. To avoid being charged for missed appointments and late cancellations, you must reschedule within the same week. If there is an opening available that week, you will not be charged. However, if you and your therapist cannot find a time that works for the both of you, you are responsible for the full amount of the scheduled session, including gift certificate sessions.
