Great Workout & Very Convenient

Lorraine R says: Hurts so good! Alex Young is a master trainer. He makes working out enjoyable while targeting different muscle groups, and he does it in half-hour increments! As if that's not enough, he offers plenty of class time options so I have no excuse to miss my workouts. MRT with Alex is everything you want and need in a personal training program! Thank you, Alex!

Alex creates a workout that uses every body part along with maximum cardio. I worked up a sweat in 30 minutes that I could never get at the gum in an hour! Quads were killer sore after the first workout, but it felt good. Thankful to be part of the group!

Each class is unique and modified for individual's ability. Alex is currently helping me train and prepare to run the Broad Street 10 miler this May for my first time!
