Cambridge Self Care Massage Therapy

Relaxapeuticâ„¢ massage therapy combining elements of myofascial release, deep tissue, relaxation, neuromuscular, and craniosacral techniques.

At Cambridge Self Care, I offer deep tissue, therapeutic massage combining techniques from myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, deep tissue, swedish massage, and craniosacral therapy. Of course, if you just want a soothing relaxation massage, that is available, too.

I am currently practicing out of my home in Central Square and accepting new clients only by referral.

I choose Austin in Boston! ;)

Venus C says: Austin is attentive, calming, and extremely pleasant from the moment you walk in the door until you leave. As an avid soccer player, I often have an area of stress and I ALWAYS leave feeling refreshed and energized as well mentally relaxed. I always look forward to my time at Cambridge Self Care. :)
Excellent

Joy Z says: Austin gave the best massage I've ever had. He listened to my concerns about tight areas and I was very happy with the results. He is professional and made me feel comfortable. I would highly suggest.
Relaxation and therapy combined

Emma D says: Austin is an absolutely fantastic masseuse. He is knowledgeable of a wide range of techniques. Before and during the massage, he asks about your comfort level and whether you have any specific issues you want addressed. I also second both of the previous recommendations. Give Austin a try!
Real relief!

Yugo N says: Every time Austin has worked on my back, he not only delivered expert relief, but gave me useful tips on how to prevent future problems. He has great technique and a serene aura that restores both mind and body. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who has tense, stiff, or tight muscles.
I'll be back! (Pun intended.)

Prances R says: Having struggled with upper back pain for years, I have come to expect professional massages to be a relaxing luxury but not an enduring healing experience. Austin listened thoughtfully to my history and symptoms and targeted his work to my most problematic areas, using techniques that were both therapeutic and relaxing, and he made some suggestions for post-massage self-care that would promote ongoing healing. The studio space was both calming and restorative, and was extremely convenient to public transportation.
