LaTonia Denise Wright is an Ohio licensed RN and a practicing attorney in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. She represent nurses before the Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana Nursing Boards. We also offer in-person and telephone appointments and consultations for future and current nursing students, NCLEX Applicants, LPNs, RNs, and APRNs. Ms. Wright is also available to serve as personal counsel or nursing practice counsel to nurses in private practice, self-employed, or nurses who are interested in developing an individual risk management program to protect their license.

	4 hours of Legal Coaching This is a new service for nurses who are representing themselves either before the State Nursing Board or in another matter who need legal advice, counseling, and advising for a limited period of time. Legal Coaching sessions can take place over a week or over several weeks depending on the matter. The hours include reviewing documents and correspondence, legal and nursing research, and telephone meetings with Client. This allows you to continue to represent yourself but receive the advice, counsel, and coaching of an experienced attorney. This is form of limited scope legal services which minimizes the costs for nurses. This is more than a one-time legal consultation but less than retaining Ms. Wright for full scale and traditional legal services and representation.	4 hours	$800

	90 minute in-person legal consultation This is a in-person consultation and 60 minute appt. if you reside in the Greater Cincinnati, Ohio area, if you travel to Cincinnati to meet with Ms. Wright, or if she is in you area traveling.	1.50 hours	$250
	60 minute telephone appt. and legal consultation This is a service for nursing students, NCLEX Applicants, LPNs, and RNs for an appt. with Ms. Wright to discuss licensure, legal, criminal, employment, or practice issues.	60 minutes	$200
	License Renewal Affirmative Responses-OH, KY and/or IN This is a telephone or in-person appt. Do you have a question about your RN renewal with the Ohio Nursing Board? Do you have questions about mandatory reporting to the Kentucky Nursing Board? Do you have to appear before the Indiana Nursing Board and need to speak with an attorney before the appearance? You can pay for a consultation, fax, scan/email, or mail the documents to Ms. Wright and then schedule the telephone consultation.	45 minutes	$150
	Post-Disciplinary Action Consultation: Suspension, Probation & Monitoring, Public Reprimands, This is a telephone appointment. Are you being monitored by the State Nursing Board in Ohio, Kentucky, and/or Indiana and you have questions about your case? Ms. Wright is available to speak with you about your case and review your case documents by telephone appt. For nurses in the Greater Cincinnati area, she can meet with you in-person. After you pay for the consultation, please mail, fax, or scan/email your Board of Nursing documents, contracts, and any additional information to Ms. Wright.	45 minutes	$150
	30 minute legal consultation and telephone appointment This is a service available to RNs, LPNs, nursing students, and NCLEX-Applicants with licensure or professional practice issues in OH, KY, and/or IN.	30 minutes	$100
	Board of Nursing Complaint (telephone appointment only) Have you received a Notice of Complaint from the Indiana or Kentucky Nursing Boards? Did you receive correspondence from the Ohio Nursing Board in the mail or a Potential Violation Report? You can schedule a legal appt. with Ms. Wright to discuss your case by phone and then determine whether or not you would like to proceeed with attorney representation before the Nursing Board.	15 minutes	$25
