Ummm... it was okay

Noah B says: I found it weird that when I went in to input my birthday it gave that days date as the default. Really it should have the default date of "Jan 01 1900" and if you give that input date it should deliver an error. I changed the birthdate correctly yet somehow the year read "2013" this should also deliver an error message. It just caused some confusion and seemed to be poor user design interface. I was sent a link to redo the page but initially this link was incorrect. Just made everything seem confusing and a little frustrating... kept going back to the link provided wondering if it was me who wasn't understanding things. Aside from that it was fine. Just seems like this is one wrinkle you should have someone iron out.

The notary, Andrew, was friendly, patient, and helpful. I missed one box on the form and had to resubmit, but no problem. The process was smooth and efficient, actually almost fun.

No more driving, with forgotten documents. If you forgot it at your table, you are at home so you can run to get it. The notary was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I can't say enough good things about his service.
The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because of a few kinks that needed to be worked out, computer-wise. Once we got that settled, it was smooth sailing all the way. This is the notary of the future. If you want ease, convenience, and complete professionalism, use You Are My Witness.

If your employer is licensed with You Are My Witness (YAMW) then select the "Pre-Licensed Employer Staff" button for available service dates and times.
If you are an employee who needs electronic Form I-9 services, please select the "New Hire Remote Employee" button for available service dates and times and pay the appropriate fees.
YAMW guarantees you will have an appointment with a Certified YAMW Notary or Authorized Agent, you selected, provided there are no cancellations or missing of the scheduled appointment and there are no system issues that would prevent the appointment.
If you use an employer issued YAMW prepaid access key you are responsible for sessions deducted from your employer's account due to cancellation or missed appointment committed by you.
If you use an employer issued YAMW prepaid access key and our YAMW Notary Public misses or cancels an appointment for any reason your employer will be notified via e-mail of the missed or cancelled appointment and this session will not be deducted from your employers account.
All fees are due and payable to AYIN International, Inc. at the time you book your appointment. AYIN International, Inc. accepts the following forms of payment: VISA, MasterCard. Credit cards processed through this online application will be charged immediately.
If your credit card or employer issued YAMW prepaid key is declined, YAMW Notary Public will terminate the transaction.
If you receive a charge back on your credit card for insufficient funds, YAMW is not responsible for any charges levied by your bank, or any third party payment gateway systems used by you to submit payment to YAMW, and you will be billed and your employer will be notified of the decline.
USCIS and E-Verify require all Employee Eligibility Verification and Certification to be completed within 72 hours from your date of hire. If you miss or cancel your scheduled appointment you are responsible for rescheduling within 24 hours or within 72 hours of your hire date.
