The piano was delivered and set up as promised in a prompt fashion. The pianist was impressed with the sound and the feel of the piano. The piano was in excellent condition (baby grand- black) It was very clean and the lights reflected of off its shiny finish. It was beautiful and sounded fantastice. They also were prompt in picking it up. The price was reasonable. I would rent from them anytime and recommend them highly.....
