Pat N says: Was pleased I was able to book my hair cut, mani and pedi online. However, upon arriving for my mani/pedi appointment was whisked into the chair for my hair cut. Donna was efficient and did a good job, but not a thorough job of layering. I was then told to wait in the next room for my mani pedi. I waited 20 min for the technician who was busy with another client, when Donna came to check on me and realized I was still waiting put my feet in to soak. Zhanna the technician finally appeared and began to do the pedi, but had to ask me if I was getting a mani also. I noticed she did not clean the tools before she started and after me used the same tools on a man sitting in the next chair, even though she put clean gloves on. Overall, the salon seemed dirty, so I will not be back.
I can't imagine going anywhere else!

Paul K says: I was trying to recover from the worst (men's) haircut ( let's just say it was not "super"). Three weeks had gone by and it was still uneven . I had to use tons of product to create the illusion that my hair was supposed to be cut that way. Donna cleaned up the mess and evened it out. that required a lot of hair cutting talent and vision. The price was great too!

We spoke about what I was looking for and she asked me the all important question: do you still want to be able to put your hair in a ponytail-I fell in love! I am not a style maven when it comes to my hair. I can do some awesome updos if necessary but when it comes to daily routine I am more of a wash and go type. My hair is a bit shorter than imagined but then again I didn't go into the salon with a specific idea. I love the lack of knots in my hair because a lot of the deadness is gone now. Now my husband can play with my hair without me scowling at him!
I also had my eyebrows threaded-this was a great experience! I have been plucking since I was 13 and threading is way better!! I will definitely be going back for this service! I highly recommend threading to anyone with unruly eyebrows!

The person in Tempe had gone on out of the country on vacation. So I had to find another person that does eyebrow threading and maybe if i'm lucky it will be alot closer to my house. So I was looking online and I found NV Hair Studio and they did threading. Well I had my appointment yesterday and I tell you Donna was very professional and a friendly environment. Donna made me fill comfortable during the whole process. I will be going back. Hopefully I can make this my regular spot.
