I followed up with another email over 24 hours later. I am still waiting for a response. I know this post won't make your 'happy customer' wall...but when I got an email asking how my service was at Zendipity I figured I'd contact you this way and tell you how confused and disrespected I feel.
I made an appointment somewhere else. It's too bad because I live close and was looking forward to patronizing a local business.

We liked how she repeated it back to us to make sure we were all on the same page. Best of all, though, was how she followed what we said but incorporated her professional, instinctive talent to make our vision even better. And instinctive really describes Heather. Both of our cuts turned out so much better than from anywhere else because she just gets hair. She also let us bring our son and OUR DOG in with us and treated everyone with kindness and patience. Heather patiently fixed the bad haircut I had previously and spent more than enough time making sure that everything was perfect. Now I don't have to wear my hair in a ponytail anymore! She also recommended a few products to improve my hair and scalp, which I took her up on and am excited to start using. At the end of the cut she vacuumed my cut hair to send along with other hair to a hair recycler that uses the hair to create mats to soak up oil spills. Heather is very attentive to her clients' needs as well as a conscientious business owner.
