It feels so good and therapeutic to unwind and detox in the sauna. I tend to carry much of my stress in my shoulders and neck and after 30-45 minutes in the sauna I feel like a new woman! It (along with pilates) is the best gift I've ever given myself!

Best Meditation Time Ever!

I love to meditate and do so on a daily basis, but it usually takes awhile for me to relax and let go of the day in a normal meditation, but within the first few minutes of the infrared sauna, I was in a deep meditation! I felt revived and rejuvenated and my muscles thanked me! I am hooked!

I'm accustomed to taking epsom salt/baking soda detox baths for overall health and wellness and am surprised how much more I love the overall experience and effects of the sauna. I feel relaxed and rejuvenated after my sessions and am happy to have the opportunity to utilize this avenue on my personal journey to health and wellness.
The facility is very clean with a calming atmosphere, and the staff are helpful and personable. Highly recommend!

I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the facility, the attentiveness of the staff, and the little extras like the shower in the same room as the sauna to use afterwards, and the lovely towels and face cloths. Everything imaginable is provided for the guest's comfort and relaxation during a sauna session. I will be back and tell my friends who are interested in infrared sauna therapy.
